My journey began with a love for art and design, which eventually found its sweetest expression in cake making.
With a background in art and professional pastry experience, I bring together creativity, craftsmanship and a passion for beautiful details.
Inspired by European pastry traditions, my cakes feature delicate textures, rich fillings and thoughtfully balanced flavours — less sweet than many traditional North American cakes, so every ingredient can shine.
